Intensive Spanish courses

The Spanish level test is done out of class hours and you don’t have to pay for it.

The intensive Spanish course is from Monday to Friday, four hours a day.

The intensive Spanish course begins every Monday; if a student wants to start another day, he or she has to pay the full week.

The Skype interview to students who will enter the school, are made during office hours, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm ,Bogota time Zone.

We work with digital books, so if you have your own laptop would be great if you bring it, if not do not worry, we will provide you one, or we will work with big screens; we do that because printing for us is not a good thing, and also you don't want to travel in an airplane with heavy papers; you will have all the classes in your email so that you can open them and study everywhere with any device.

If a student misses school days, we do not refund the money for those classes; You are advised not to miss classes, because as it’s an intensive course, a lost day of classes is important for your learning process in the Spanish course.

If students decide to take more weeks of classes, they are welcome but must notify and pay before friday at noon.

The groups of classes are small, we do not cancel classes for few students, if you booked and paid your intensive Spanish course and you are the only student that week, we will give you your course the weeks you have reserved and paid without having to pay as private classes, the only change is that you are going to have 3 hours of classes per day, as the class goes faster with one, it's too much information for one person in 4 hours, which is not good in your process; we do not like to change the students plans at the last minute when it is not something that depends on them.
Private Spanish Classes

Private classes are in packages of 5 or 10 hours, which are distributed according to the availability of students and teachers. The schedules are agreed between them for the convenience of students. If you wish to take more hours of private lessons, these must be in packs of 5 or 10 hours as well.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the class, if you don’t cancel the class, it will be counted as given class.
Skype Lessons

Are in packs of 5 or 10 hours, which are distributed according to the availability of students and teachers. The schedules are agreed between them for the convenience of students. If you wish to take more hours of private lessons, these must be in packs of 5 or 10 hours as well. If you want to take longer courses by Skype, the price will be agreed depending on the duration.

We offer a 10% discount on the intensive Spanish course if you are two or more students who have the same level of spanish knowledge and enroll and pay at the same time.

If a student takes the course for 4 weeks he or she will have a 10% off the price of the intensive Spanish course.

If you book 4 weeks of lodging, you will get a 5% discount.

You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. Paypal does not work in Colombia, but don't worry, we work with Payoneer which is equally reliable. After your registration, you will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions how to make your payment.

Payments are also received in cash at the school, but these must be made before classes begin, and if the student has not paid the intensive Spanish course, we can make changes in the course. as mentioned above, if you have already made your payment, no class cancellations are made for lack of students .. After a student has paid his Spanish intensive course, we will give you your course the weeks you have reserved and paid without having to pay as private classes.

Outdoor activities policies

The school is not responsible for any accidents that may occur to the students during outdoor activities or during their stay in Suesca.

The student aknowledges and understands the risks of performing outdoor activities or sports.

During their outdoor activities or sports, the students are covered by an accident insurance while performing the activity or sport.

If the student has reserved an activity with the school and he or she is not going to do it, he must cancel it at least 24 hours before and reschedule the activity.
